1 Point perspective

This is one point perspective. There is only 1 point in this image and it becomes a vanishing point as everything singles into that point. This makes the objects appear to get smaller the closer they get to that single point.
2 Point perspective

This is two point perspective. You can see that the focus is on two separate points which run on a horizontal line. Using 2 point perspective can help to make objects in a 2D drawing appear 3D.
3 Point perspective

This is 3 point perspective, a useful tool if you wish to show off an objects immense size. This is done by using a 3rd vanishing point at the top or bottom of the object, which helps to make it seem large and distorted.
Aerial perspective

This is aerial perspective. This has been achieved by using lighter colours as you go further back to give off the feeling of depth in an image.
